Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number via email.
Shipping occurs only on weekdays except holidays. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place before 12:55 pm (PST) are typically processed the same day. Orders you place after 12:55 pm (PST) on Friday will not be processed until Monday or the next business day. Additional charges may be added if you change the delivery address after your order is shipped or if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Returns and Replacements
If you purchased products from ATZEN directly, we offer a 30-Day Money Back guarantee (from ship date) on all skin care products (except discontinued items). You can return the products back to ATZEN for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). If you received free shipping & handling, a $10 charge will be assessed and deducted from the refund. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. To obtain a RMA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product, quantity, whether the item(s) have been opened, and the reason for your return. Please note we cannot accommodate return requests over the phone.
We recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection, to insure prompt delivery. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to ATZEN.
Be sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip, the RMA slip (sent to you via email after a RMA number is generated), and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is 10-15 business days from the receipt date.
To ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the package return postmarked before the ATZEN 30 Day Money Back Guarantee expires. If you were to ship via US Post Office, we recommend that you request a Delivery Confirmation from the US Post Office upon returning the products. With this option, the Post Office will give you a receipt that shows the date you returned the products to us, as well as confirmation once the package is delivered. Keep the receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. These receipts are your proof of return and act as your ‘insurance policy’ in that it guarantees you will receive a refund, even if the products are lost in the mail.
If you purchased ATZEN products at a store/spa/salon/wellness center/medical practice, please contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.
